		Making an Appointment To make an appointment, call 816-224-6500. Dr. Miller generally returns calls during the evening hours. Please leave a message with your name and a number where you can be reached both in the daytime and in the evening. Your first appointment is an Initial Assessment in which you and your psychologist discuss your needs and determine a plan of action. An Initial Assessment usually takes an hour and a half; however, you should arrive at least a half hour before your scheduled appointment time so that you can read and fill out the necessary forms. Before your Initial Assessment, you will be asked to read our Privacy Notice and Client Services Agreement. You can save time by printing the Privacy Notice and Client Services Agreement and reading them prior to your first visit.
